Is it friendship or running?
If we would rephrase Albert Camus' quote about the friendship we can answer that question... “Don’t run (walk) behind me, I may not lead, Don’t run (walk) in front of me, I may not follow. Just run (walk) beside me and be my friend…” as simple as that… Our friendship has been evolving in a pain, sweat and the dirt. (in the very precise meaning and as a metaphor). When gladly we have both assigned to the first running event Lidingö , and with continuation into the Swedish Classic (cross-country skiing 90 km, swimming 3 km with and against stream, running 30 km, biking 300 km), we kind of knew that none of us will stay behind, ahead, but we will simply keep together to get us through this enormous challenge. We didn’t know what to expect from each other, we couldn’t tell each other’s strengths nor weaknesses.
